My name is Allen, I was born and raised in Southeastern Oklahoma and lived there all but the 6 years of my life that I spent in Dallas.

I started at the age of 23 doing charity projects and even started and fully funded a food bank for its first 6 months. That food bank eventually fed 275 families per month. I volunteered for 15 years at another food bank doing whatever they needed to make sure the families in need had something to eat.

During my time in Dallas I headed up many fundraising events and managed a resale shop for one of the largest domestic abuse organizations in Dallas. I also volunteered for 2 years in Dallas and was a part of fundraising efforts for Lifewalk.

This calendar will be my third charity calendar to be a part of. I am Mr. April 2018 in the HomoRodeo Calendar. I am honored to be a part of this calendar benefiting the TREVOR PROJECT. Suicide among gay LGBT youth is a very important matter and I feel that we have to do whatever we can to save as many of them as possible. We have to educate them and help them to see that suicide isn’t the answer. I at one point in life thought it was the answer as well. It’s not and I am very happy to be a part of this project to help save others.
