David

David loved school and that's where he fell in love with theater. He loves to sing and dance. He was the first and only Junior in the history of my high school to have the lead in a musical (the leads were reserved for seniors).

After high school, David joined the navy as a gunners mate and worked on the Mark 42 a 5in 54 caliber cannon. He fell in love with guns and became a sharp shooter and also in charge of all the small arms weapons on his ship. He continued to sing and dance in shows all through the military. After his enlistment, he came home to become a jack of all trades and master of none lol. (Did everything from stripping in a bar, waiting tables, managing bars and restaurants, and even became a hairstylist until he finally found his calling as a trucker. He started his own company 2 months after getting his CDL in April 2008.

Through his entire life, he's had a profound love of all animals. Which anyone who meets him learns that quickly. He is an advocate for saving and adopting dogs and cats. But he's also, rescued squirrels, birds, raccoons, ferrets and even monkeys.

Thanks to this opportunity with the Trucker Cowboy Black Calendar, he's able to give back to the Purple Heart charity to help support wounded soldiers returning home. He has a lot to learn in life, but he works hard to be a better person than he was yesterday and look forward to being better tomorrow!
